HQE® approach

“La Haute Qualité Environnementale” or HQE® (High Quality Environmental standard) is a standard for green buildings in France.

HQE® is an approach that leads to a certification that approves the consideration of environmental issues in the construction of a building. This approach is divided into 14 targets distributed in 4 families and each target decomposes itself into a number of sub-targets, bringing the number of treated topics up to 52, with as many questions to be asked.

The detailed list can be consulted on the homepage of the HQE Association.
