This beautiful villa is located on an exceptional site taking into account the presence of several hundred year old oak trees that contribute in summer to the thermal regulation of the building.
For this project although the ground is vast, we had to adapt ourselves to a binding topography and limits of property not allowing to profit a maximum of the exceptional vegetation of the site.
This house in contemporary architecture was conceived to be evolutionary, from the point of view by the use of spaces but also and especially by its energy need.
Indeed, we have studied all different scenarios to choose the solution for now and the opportunities for future developments that allow us to transform this villa into a passive house. |
